About Uptown Hoboken
Uptown is the quieter, more residential half of Hoboken. North of the numbered streets where the pace drops and the buildings spread out. Elysian Park, Columbus Park and the Hoboken Historical Museum are all up that end of town. It is also the half of town furthest from the Terminal, which means uptown residents tend to eat locally rather than commute for a table.
The trip is about as simple as it gets: Willow Avenue runs the length of the town, and we are on it. No turns to remember. For anyone up near the Weehawken line, we are the nearer end of a decision that usually ends in a tunnel.
Getting here from Uptown Hoboken
Uncle Rocco is on Willow Avenue in Hoboken. Willow runs north to south through the middle of the Mile Square, which is why almost everywhere in town is a walk rather than a journey. Street parking runs along Willow. The current rules and schedules are published on the City of Hoboken transportation and parking page, which is worth a look before you set off rather than taking our word for it.
If you would rather not drive, Hoboken Terminal is the hub, the PATH, NJ Transit and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail all meet there, and it is a short trip from our door. That is how most of our guests from Uptown Hoboken arrive.
Worth knowing before you set off: brunch runs to 4 PM, so a late start is still a brunch. The rotisserie chicken family meal starts at noon and needs 45 minutes, so call ahead on (201) 238-2484 if that is what you are coming for.

Absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for atleast a year now and it has always been a spot that is reliable, great food, and friendly service. Especially Elizabeth, she is lovely, relatable and you can tell she cares and has pride in the business.Emily P. · Google

Food here is delicious and service was great! The waiter was so nice and explained everything very well. The atmosphere is very fun and inviting. The mac and cheese was one of our favorite, will definitely order again!Alexis S. · Google
We had such a blast tonight! There were eight of us, and we were all super comfy in the back of the room. We were all chatting about the cool and quirky decor. The vibe was just amazing! Most of us went for the smash burger, and it was absolutely delicious! But the California burrito was just as awesome. Even the gluten-free brownie was amazing! The staff was so sweet and helpful too.Natalie A. · Google

Getting from Uptown Hoboken to 112 Willow Ave
Straight-line, Uptown Hoboken sits 0.9 miles from the door. That is a distance on a map, not a drive time. We do not publish drive times we have not measured, and traffic across this county makes any number we invented useless anyway.
A straight run down Willow Ave.
At this distance you are close enough to change your mind on the way. Walk-ins are fine, and Resy covers you if it is a weekend.
Ordering ahead from Uptown Hoboken
Uptown Hoboken is 0.9 miles out, which is close enough that ordering ahead is usually more trouble than walking in. If you do want it waiting, the app carries a rewards programme, which is worth having if you are coming the uptown blocks regularly rather than once.
The one thing to hold in your head: Monday to Thursday the room closes 1 PM to 5 PM. Close as you are, that is still a wasted walk.
